Barrett was most notably asked about her position on the Affordable Care Act, particularly because President Donald Trump, who nominated Barrett has repeatedly tweeted about his intention to nominate a justice who would southampton vs middlesbrough overturn the ACA. Barrett repeatedly stated that she has not struck any political deals contingent on her nomination to the high court. The judge was also questioned about whether she would rule to overturn Roe v. Wade because of her known personal anti-abortion opinions. In response to questioning by Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif. on whether Barrett thought two landmark abortion rights cases, Planned Parenthood v. Casey and Roe v. Wade, were wrongly decided, the Supreme Court justice nominee would not directly answer, but said broadly, "I don't have any agenda ...
