Richard Stevenson, 45, faces three felony charges, including reckless homicide and aggravated driving under the influence. A judge ordered Stevenson detained as the case moves forward. A 48-year-old woman aboard the Crownline died from injuries suffered in the crash. Her identity has not been released. After the collision, the pontoon ran aground nearby.
