Alaskas Melting – Spring Break Up & Work Around The Property Sicily [au5U2luJ27i]

Migratory birds fly over by the thousands, puddles grow as the snow melts - all while we work tirelessly around the property. Cutting wood, a bee check, and more seed sowing and plant care keeps craig berube us busy. It's also the perfect time to clean and organize our freezers. We render fat, make airy popovers and replenish our mustard supply.

Yellow Mustard Ingredients

4.5 cups mustard powder

2 cups cold water

1.5 cups white distilled vinegar

1/4 cup cane sugar

1 whole garlic head grated

1 tbs grated tumeric

1 tbs tumeric powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp kosher salt

Honey Dijon Mustard Ingredients

2 cups brown mustard seeds (soaked for 2+ hours with cold water)

1 cup yellow mustard powder (soaked for 2+ hours with cold water)

2.25 cups white wine

1.5 cups white wine vinegar

3 cups honey

1 tbs kosher salt
