Most importantly, that statement points strongly toward a July launch.

And honestly, that makes perfect sense.

Ship 40 and Booster 20 are still progressing through testing, with static fires, inspections, engine evaluations, and wet dress rehearsals remaining on the schedule before launch.

July has long been the more realistic target.

Rather than rushing directly toward orbit, SpaceX appears focused on further validating the V3 design.
