Great customer service and I know Aimpoint has an amazing reputation in the rifle red dot world. One down side of an enclosed optic is if the seal is compromised and moisture gets in you are done. The ACRO did not lose zero, it just fogged enough that we could not see the dot. We will have a follow up video discussing pros and cons of different pistol red dots so stay tuned.
